Dear all,
Nature Publishing Group has just launched a new journal in the Frontiers' family -- Frontiers in Nutrition -- with several specialty sections, one of which is Nutrition and Environmental Sustainability. Food composition research will feature well in this journal, so I hope to see some interesting and exciting papers submitted from scientists who are members of the INFOODS' family. Your work is really fundamental in linking agriculture, health and environment sectors for many sustainability issues, not the least of which is conservation of biodiversity through sustainable use.
