*2. More Crops Per Drop: No-Till Farming Combats Drought - *
Paul and Elizabeth Kaiser of Northern California said goodbye to their
tractor and tiller seven years ago after they felt they were unnecessarily
harming wildlife, saw too many machines break down, and watched their soil
quality decrease. Now, their eight-acre farm has a robust community
supported agriculture (CSA) program, and their soil is full of life.
