California has the solution to climate change right under its feet. And we
mean that literally. And all it would take to get the ball rolling is $160
million. Los Angeles-based non-profit Kiss The Ground launched its campaign
on Aug. 3 urging people to support a petition asking California legislature
to allocate $160 million from California's Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund for
regenerative agriculture, composting and other land management practices
that help sequester carbon.
