Dear Subscribers,

The Global Conservation Agriculture Network (GCAN) will be holding a side
event at COP 22 Marrakech, Morocco, on November 17 from 5 pm. to 6:30 pm in
the Green Area (Room 4 -Bouregreg).

The theme of the side event is:

* Conservation Agriculture - a solution to address climate change and food
security concerns around the world.*This side event will help those
interested in the future of agriculture and agro-ecology to better
understand the issues related to climate change, soil fertility, food
security and environment, from international representatives of farmers,
researchers and policy makers. The objective of this conference is to
highlight the benefits of Conservation Agriculture and the needs of farmers
for ensuring the dissemination of this agriculture globally, via relevant
public policies.

The programme is attached herewith. All are invited and welcome to attend.
