To all,

Promoting conservation agriculture (CA), it’s important that we share
information with the emphasis on getting more CA on the landscape. Sharing
this information provides educational benefits to shorten the learning
curve on all aspects of CA. This email will identify several websites that
provide helpful CA information on a regular basis.

The first link is the Conservation Agriculture-Community of Practice
(CA-CoP) orchestrated by Amir Kassam. He provides CA related publications,
both science based and popular articles, global CA meeting and conference
information, and sustainable production info on an e-mail Listserve that
has been set up at FAO to facilitate communication amongst the stakeholders
of this global CA Community. It calls for support of Conservation
Agriculture (CA) as a foundation for sustainable agriculture and
facilitating the acceleration of farmers' uptake of CA. As a first step
towards making the Community of Practice operational, To learn more about
this website visit this link:

The second link is to the “CA library” housed at Cornell University and
overseen by Peter Hobbs and his staff. This site puts out monthly summaries
of refereed, science-based CA publications. As the body of CA literature
and publications grows, the Cornell University Conservation Agriculture
Group helps people to access these resources. Their key focus is to help
people access recent and important CA research by posting CA Research
Highlights: monthly review of scientific articles. The RefWorks research
databases with over 2,000 articles. The main link is:
http://conservationagriculture.mannlib.cornell.edu/

The third link is to the Howard G Buffett foundation “library” of popular
articles. Many of these articles are written by farmers or writers
describing the farmers results and attitudes and are an excellent source of
practical information for learning about CA. The articles include
information beneficial for both large and small farmers in developing
countries. The benefit of these articles is an excellent form of
“farmer-to-farmer” credibility, communication and networking representing
current thinking and the latest technology for successful implementation of
CA. The main website is:

There are several categories of popular articles as listed below in
