Hi Joseph -

Thanks for the documents.  I am taking this opportunity to 'test' the
listserv (I don't have much experience with these things).  And also
introduce myself to the community.  My name is Tom Remington.  I have a
keen interest in seed security having worked for Catholic Relief Services
for 19 years (10 years in Nairobi) prior to shifting to the International
Potato Center (CIP) based in Lilongwe.

Very much looking forward to the discussion
