Dairy Outlook is a service of FAO's Markets and Trade<http://www.fao.org/economic/est/est-commodities/dairy/en/>

Dear Network Members,

We are pleased to share the latest report of the Dairy Market Review<https://www.fao.org/3/cb7982en/cb7982en.pdf>, which is a follow up to the Food Outlook<https://www.fao.org/3/cb7491en/cb7491en.pdf> November issue. The report provides a detailed account of the emerging trends and outlook in global dairy markets, including international dairy prices, global production and trade in milk and milk products. International dairy prices have increased since mid-2020, except for a short spell of three months from June to August this year, underpinned by tight global supplies and sustained import demand. Meanwhile, global milk production is rising, with significant expansions expected in Asia and North America. World trade in 2021 is likely to reach a new high amid a sharp increase in imports by China.

We wish you all a joyous Holiday season and a very productive New Year!
