Dear Email Marketing Community members,

Although this Community has been rather inactive the last months (partly due to my maternity leave which ends in a month's time), as we are approaching 2013 new and exciting things await us! Not only the next marketing workshops are in preparation, but also, and in collaboration with CIO, we have set up a common Group on Yammer.

For those of you who do not know Yammer, Yammer works in almost the same way as Facebook, but it is set up for corporate users. FAO has its own Yammer account, which you can visit and register for here:
https://www.yammer.com/fao.org/. Once you have registered you just have to become members of the CRM CoP.

As we are exploring the broader capabilities and possibility for implementation of a Corporate Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) for FAO, the Email Marketing becomes an integral part of this development. Therefore, I would urge you to become members of the Yammer Community of Practice for CRM, in order to keep yourselves up-to-date and share ideas and knowledge related to Email Marketing.

Sergio Bogazzi, who is managing CRM from the CIO perspective, and I are looking forward to welcoming you there.

Best wishes,

Myrto
