Georgia joins the European Commission for the control of foot-and-mouth disease

This recent addition marks a new and proactive stage for Georgia in the country's efforts to control transboundary animal diseases. FAO and African Union sign Memorandum of Understanding to control avian influenza H7N9 spread

FAO project boosts capacity building in Southern African countries fighting small ruminant plague
