The FAO "Guidelines to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on livestock production and animal health" provide practical recommendations for farmers, traders, animal health workers, policy makers and other stakeholders – on how to reduce the impact of disruptions along the livestock market chain, and how to maintain essential control and prevention of animal diseases - in order to safeguard and strengthen food systems and One Health.
