Dear FFF Kenya Team,
Attached, please find the final call for proposal and the timeline agreed.
FF-SPAK will make a poster of the first two pages to be sent out to Nakuru and Laikipia through the County government and FF-SPAK County Chapters. FF-SPAK will also sent out a soft copy by email to all key stakeholders on the ground for wider distribution to potential Producer organizations.
For the rest of the team members, we need to create awareness within our networks in the respective counties.
Many thanks for your support ad looking forward to a fruitful operationalization of the FFF initiative.
Best regards,
Philip Kisoyan

Dear Kisoyan, Oscar, George, Geoffrey, Edwin,
Thanks to all of you. We reach the agreement to issue the call for proposals, because we need to move soon. It would be great if you could do it tomorrow (29 May 2015). Please find attached the final version accepting all your suggestions.
As discussed we don't need to publish in the newspapers. We just need to prepare posters and hand outs to be posted in the counties with the first 2 pages and distribute it by emails, etc. The Porducer organizations indetified in the base line studies should receive the information. I thing this should be one of the first task of Edwin next week.
We should try to stick to the attached timeline to avoid more delays.
Let's skype tomorrow 12:00 Kenya time
Cheers,
Jhony

Dear George and Oscar,
Thanks for the timely reply. So, three of us agree to go ahead with the issue of the call for proposal tomorrow 29 May.
I hope that Kisoyan could prepare the final version of the call of proposals without highlighting, checking the dates, etc. and go ahead with the issue of the call.

Dear FFF Kisoyan, Oscar, George, Geoffrey,
We need to move the call for proposals soon. It's a pity that we could not move fast enough to operationalize the KFS forest fund and combine grants and loans.
I suggest that we do this first call for proposal for grants with projects finalizing activities in December 2015. In a parallel way we continue working for the operationalization of the KFS forest Fund, when it will be ready, we will do the 2nd call for proposals for grants and loans.
Please find attached an updated version of the 1st call for proposals for the FFF small grants. I put the two names of the counties (Nakuru and Laikipia), so that will be the same information for both counties. One document is with track changes and the other one is clean without track changes. Highlighted are the dates. Philip, please check and prepare the final version with definitive dates and send it to all of us tomorrow.
I suggest we issue the call this Friday 29 May 2015. A poster could be prepared with the information of the two pages and disseminated in the two counties.
Also in the attachment you find an updated version of the timeline for the call of proposals.
I also suggest that we have a skype call tomorrow to talk about this call. I would also appreciate the participation of the CD programme officer of FF SPAK. Philip please suggest any time in the morning.
Dear Geoffrey - I would appreciate if you please add in the list of this email to the CD programme officer
Cheers,
Jhony
