Dear Members,
WFP will offer Covid-19 testing at WFP headquarters via Carlo Veneziani 38 right next to the entrance turnstiles - to the left of the main security entrance. Access is by foot only.
Testing will be carried out Tuesday and Thursday from 15.00 to 18.00 hours.
We attach the instructions given to us by WFP:
HQ-COVID19 Testing: Retirees Booking Procedure & Consent to WFP to share their data with Gemelli Foundation
Scope: WFP is establishing a COVID19 testing point on WFP premises to support its community to overcome the difficulties in accessing such service through the Italian NHS. WFP retirees (but not their dependents) have been included in the eligible client population of this service. This document sets out the procedures to be followed by WFP retirees to book COVID19 tests at WFP and provide consent to the Programme to share personal data of requesting retirees with the selected contractor (Gemelli Foundation), in connection with HQ-COVID19 Testing and invoicing.
Background: Unlike WFP employees, WFP retirees will not be able to book COVID tests through the Humanitarian Booking Hub Application (not having a current WFP email); they will access the HQ COVID testing service by booking an appointment emailing [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> . The HQ COVID19 test service will be offered to participants at cost-recovery conditions. Below the service costs all inclusive:
COST of Tests:
* PCR: 87.38 Euros (69.88 E for the PCR Test, 17.50 E for the Test Healthcare Practitioners)
* Quantitative Antigen: 39.5 E (22.00 E for the PCR Test, 17.50 E for the Test Healthcare
Practitioners)
Booking a HQ-COVID19 Test appointment for retirees
1. The WFP retiree needing to undergo a COVID19 PCR or Ag test will request to book an appointment by emailing [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>
2. The email will indicate the following personal data:
1. 1) First Name of Retiree
2. 2) Last Name Retiree
3. 3) Personal e-mail
4. 4) Mobile phone number
5. 5) Retiree date of birth
6. 6) Retiree Place of birth
7. 7) Retiree Country of birth
8. 8) Retiree Italian Fiscal code (optional)
9. 9) Retiree Gender
10. 10) Preferred visit date Offering options for appointment dates/times
11. 11) Reason for Testing (one only applying)
* Travel Certification,
* To end self-quarantine for asymptomatic close contacts,
c. To end asymptomatic self-isolation or for Pre-hospitalization
Certification
12. 12) Type of Test required*: Either Molecular test (PCR) Or Quantitative Antigen
Test (Ag)

*ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED CORRECTLY THE TYPE OF TEST
AS ONCE SUBMITTED REQUESTOR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE Type of test.

3. Once 2 & 3 received, the Medical Service administrative assistant shall:
1. Manually block the appointment in HBH
2. Send the confirmation of the appointment to the requesting retiree as well as:
* Gemelli Foundation Data Privacy Form
* Gemelli Foundation Consent Form (not yet available coming soon)
3. Inform the requesting retiree to take signed hardcopies of the above forms to the COVID
testing appointment.
4. Invoicing
a. Once the appointment will be established, [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> will send back an invoice to the requesting retiree.
What about the results?
Results will be in English and sent within 48 hours of the date of the test. To ensure privacy, results will be sent in a two-step procedure [using a One Time Purchase (OTP) Code]:
1. First, a message is sent with a code to the cell phone number submitted on the appointment to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>
2. Then, at the email address submitted on the appointment to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> , an email is sent with a link to an online platform accessible only by inserting the code received by cell phone
IT IS THEREFORE UTMOST IMPORTANT TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY AND SPELLING OF THE EMAIL AND MOBILE NUMBER THAT THE REQUESTING RETIREEE WILL PROVIDE TO RECEIVE THE TEST RESULTS.
