Dear Mountain Partnership members and friends,
The guidelines for the use of the International Year of Sustainable Mountain Development 2022 (IYM2022) visual identity are now available online here<https://trello.com/c/NV1mJe51/38-guidelines>.
In addition to the visual identity guidelines, you will find three versions of the official logo along with the slogan in seven languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Italian, Russian and Spanish) available for download on the Trello board<https://trello.com/b/3d6bKllt/international-year-of-sustainable-mountain-development-2022>.
All are encouraged to translate the text of the logo into local languages. An editable version of the logo can be requested from the Mountain Partnership Secretariat to create new language versions at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. Additional languages, including Catalan, German and Swahili, are being provided.
Feel free to use the visual identity to brand, co-brand or re-brand relevant events and products that can contribute to raise awareness about the IYM2022. A form will soon be available on the Mountain Partnership website<https://www.fao.org/mountain-partnership/internationalyear2022/en/> to submit information about your IYM2022 events.
The hashtags for the International Year are #MountainsMatter2022 and #IYM2022. #MountainsMatter remains the hashtag for regular Mountain Partnership communication on social media. The slogan for the year is Mountains Matter: for people and the planet.
Read more about the International Year of Sustainable Mountain Development here<https://www.fao.org/mountain-partnership/events/internationalyear2022/en/>.
With kind regards,
The Mountain Partnership Secretariat
