Dear Partners and Observers,

We are pleased to circulate an updated agenda of the GBEP "Bioenergy Week" which be held in Brasília, Brazil on 18-23 March 2013, kindly hosted by the Government of Brazil at Embrapa Studies and Training (Embrapa Estudos e Capacitação - CECAT). Versions in French, Portuguese and Spanish are available on the GBEP website<http://www.globalbioenergy.org/events1/gbep-events-2013/working-group-on-capacity-building-meetings-2013/en/>.

We are also glad to provide you some additional information on the logistics of the event, in the hope that you will find them useful for a comfortable stay during the week:


·         Shuttle bus service to/from Embrapa Studies and Training: two shuttle buses will be available to reach the Embrapa S&T and to return to hotels at the end of the meetings every day. The first shuttle bus will be available for the hotels located in the south wing side, and the second for the hotels located in the north wing side Please find attached a logistical note with departing time and meeting points (A portugues version of the note is available on the GBEP website<http://www.globalbioenergy.org/events1/gbep-events-2013/working-group-on-capacity-building-meetings-2013/en/>). You are kindly invited to check the location of your hotel (south or north wing) in order to identify departure point of your shuttle bus;

·         Dress code: it is advisable to wear more formal suits for the first and last day of the Bioenergy Week, while it is not required for the other training sessions;

·         Field trip: all logistical information regarding the field trips of 19 March (afternoon) and 21 March (all day) will be provided during the workshop. We recommend participants to wear comfortable shoes.
