In Japanese table, we have listed 4 kinds of fishes which have those egg products, other than caviar.

These are eggs from salmon, cod, pacific herring and striped mullet.

Unfortunately we don’t have any grouper’s , in Japanese called “KUE,” or “HATA.”

Attached is a copy of nutrition values of such fish egg products.

Hi,

In the Italia Food Composition table BDA (www.bda-ieo.it<http://www.bda-ieo.it>) we have data for

“Bottarga, grey mullet eggs”.

Please note that it is a preserved product (salted), and that for several nutrients (as listed) we completed the data with those from caviar.
