Dear All
We are pleased to inform the Standard Table of Food Composition in JAPAN. It is now available on the website.

There are 2,222 foods that are divided into 19 food groups and 62 nutrient component data in the latest food composition table(7th revised edition plus supplementary edition 2016). Additionally, for the composition of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates, Amino Acids Table contains 24 components,Fatty Acids Table contains 54 components and Carbohydrates Table including Polyols and Organic Acids contains 31 components. Those tables are provided as supplements.
313 new foods were added to the 7th revised edition. Also 31 new foods were added to the 2016 revised table(supplementary edition).
We plan to release the 2017 supplementary edition at the end of this year.
