Dear Siva,

In Japan, most of peanut butter contains sugar and shortening. So they may
be <90% nuts.
I am not sure about the difference between Chinese peanuts and Australian.
But if we compare big Virginia type to small Spanish type, there is a
slight difference in fatty acid composition.

Dear All

Peanut butter - products (even store brands) approximately >95% nuts? Does
the source of peanut (China vs Australia) make any difference to
Nutritional Composition ?

Regards and Thanks.

Siva
