End of this year, we plan to publish new edition of Japanese food 

composition tables in English Excel file.



For the time being, I hope the PDF file (Japanese with English) of current 

edition (2010 edition) can help you a little bit.

Dear all,

 

I would like to know if someone has data on seaweed?

I am looking for data on spesific species like:

 

Fingertare/ laminaria digitata / sea gridles

Havsalat/ ulva lactuca/ sea lettuce

Butare/ alaria esculenta /butare

Sukkertare/ laminaria saccharina/suger kelp 

Søl/ palmaria palmata/red dulse
