Dear Members

We are pleased to announce that a new revised annual version of the Danish Food Composition Database has been released - Frida version 3.

Many foods are updated or new. As an example many foods have been analyzed for specific carbohydrates, which improved the correlation between 'carbohydrate by difference' and the 'sum of the carbohydrates' analyzed.

1193 foods are included, with up to 100 parameters plus fatty acid and amino acid profiles.

The Danish Food Composition Team whishes you all the best sesonal greetings and a happy New Year.

Best whishes
