Hi there,

Though you might have used it already, there is a really well-integrated database system for food and medicinal herbs, named "KNApSAck Family", http://kanaya.naist.jp/KNApSAcK_Family/
which has been made available by Kanaya Group of Niast in Japan.

In this database, information on almost the whole collection of medicinal herbs and food from many countries in the world has been collected, http://kanaya.naist.jp/KNApSAcK_World/top.jsp

For pandan leaves (Family: Pandanacea; Genus: Pandanus), metabolites of various species are provided:

Pandanus amarylliforius
http://kanaya.naist.jp/knapsack_jsp/result.jsp?sname=organism&word=Pandanus%20amaryllifolius

Pandanus odoratissimus
http://kanaya.naist.jp/knapsack_jsp/result.jsp?sname=organism&word=Pandanus%20odoratissimus

Pandanus odorus
http://kanaya.naist.jp/knapsack_jsp/result.jsp?sname=organism&word=Pandanus%20odorus

I hope this will be helpful for you.

Kaoru
