It is found at http://www.fao.org/infoods/infoods/food-biodiversity/en/ We are pleased that some few countries took the time and effort and completed the form we sent out in December 2012 on compositional data on food biodiversity. They are acknowledged in the report. I also would like to thank all those to contributed to the data collection, compilation and checking which was a lot of work. [...] [log in to unmask] |

Dear Jaspreet,
I think that you may find some nutrient data on these in the feed databases.
Maybe another branch of USDA (animal nutrition) could tell you more.
I would guess that you have already tried by now:
A Google search on “barley grass nutrient content” reveals quite a range of
sites, mostly about all the things that barley grass is good for (or
against), but there are a few data in between.
Google Scholar gives quite a few journal papers that seem usable.
I have stumbled over this NZ database that has a few data data
http://www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/agriculture/livestock/nutrition/values/nutritive-v
alue
It is not spot on, but the following article has
http://future.aae.wisc.edu/lgm-dairy/nutrient_composition_of_feeds.pdf has
some other interesting data.
All the best,
Anders
