Hej Sigrun

Like the Japanese table (Takeshi's answer), the most tables in the world
will have information on vitamin B12, and I would think that they all
have/claim the best data, they could compile.

The answer to your question is a bit difficult to answer, because you
not only need high quality data/methods, you also need values that are
in compliance with the foods you have in question.
You may have to get data from several/many different sources, but always
use values that match the foods you have.

As Takeshi indicates, an example of a/the standard method is vitamin B12
extracted and determined by microbiological assay (AOAC 986.23/960.46).
The method has been in use for quite many years now, meaning that your
threshold 2010 may be somewhat limiting.

All the best,
Anders
