Dear all,

Save the Children is offering a three day training course on the Cost of the Diet method and the newly redeveloped software to enthusiastic individuals who would like to be able to conduct an independent Cost of Diet assessment from conception and data collection through to analysis and reporting.
The training is taking place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from the 6th-8th August. Please see the attached documents for details of the training and the Cost of the Diet method and how it could benefit your organisation.
Save the Children is funding the cost of the training, including lunch and snacks, but individuals will be required to pay for their travel to and from Addis Ababa and all other meals, accommodation and transport.
As spaces are limited and there is a large demand to learn the Cost of the Diet method, candidates will need to send a short application to apply for a place on the training.
To apply please submit your answers (of no more than 500 words) to the following questions:
1. How do you meet the participant skills required for the training?
2. How do you plan to use the Cost of the Diet in your upcoming work?
Please email your answers, with 'Cost of the Diet Training' in the subject line to Amy Deptford: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> by the 4th July 2014.
Do circulate this advert as you feel is appropriate.
Regards,

Amy Deptford
