Dear all,

Below I am posting a request by my colleague Erdgin Mane. If you have any
useful information to share, kindly forward the message also to him (

Best regards,

Doris Rittenschober

*Dear colleagues,*

*FAO Statistics is planning to conduct the food security analysis using
ADePT-FSM on a new survey in Sudan. The latest analysis of this type was
conducted in 2009, but we are not fully happy with the FCT adopted there. I
saw that in Infoods there is the following FCT for Sudan:*

*Sudan Food Composition Tables JZ Boutros, National Chemical Laboratories
Ministry of Health, Khartoum 2nd ed * 31 pp (English with Arabic) (1986)*

*Do you think it is still valid considering that it has more than 30
years? *
*By any chance, does anybody have a more updated FCT or something adaptable
for Sudan? If not, any recommendation from your side will be extremely
helpful.*

*Thank you,*

*Erdgin*
