Dear all,
I proudly announce that the FAO/INFOODS e-Learning Course on Food Composition Data is available on line today at http://www.fao.org/infoods/infoods/training/en/  (and next month as CD). You need to register and then the use is free-of-charge.

It was a major effort to get it published before the 10th IFDC. We are very grateful to all those who contributed to it: authors, peer-reviewers, editors, instructional designer, courseware developers, and course design coordinator.

The course is primarily designed for universities but it is as useful for self-learners and in combinations with food composition training courses.

We would be very grateful if you could try it out and provide us with your feed-back. If you notice any typing error (or other error) please let me know so that we can correct it before printing the CDs.

Please disseminate this mail as widely as possible, especially to universities you know.
