Hi.  A small group has organized itself around the topic of how
food and food-related issues interact with the Internet and how
the latter can help with the former.  While the average level of
their knowledge in the areas of most interest to this list is
probably fairly low, they may have ideas, especially about data
handling and identification, of which some of us might want to
take advantage.
