Advance your research career at the foot of the Alps

The University of Turin invites proposals from researchers for joint research projects under its newly established mobility programme, called Train to Move (T2M). This international fellowship programme, implemented with support from the European Commission and the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation, aims to maximize career opportunities for researchers through a transnational mobility experience - boosting their scientific expertise and complementary skills; offering collaboration opportunities and increasing knowledge transfer.

T2M is a great opportunity for Mountain Partnership members and friends engaged in sustainable mountain development research - Researchers with up to seven years of research experience after PhD completion or those holding a Master of Science degree with four to ten years of research work experience are eligible to apply.
The Train to Move fellowship will allow researchers to choose among the University's 27 departments to carry out interdisciplinary research in wide range of subjects. Additionally, the fellows will receive institutional support to develop and improve their communications and networking skills.
Interested candidates may send their proposals indicating up to three research areas until 5 May 2014.
