Hello, Helen,
Land O'Lakes, a US dairy cooperative, has an international division promoting dairy production in Africa. I would suggest you contact Brad Buck at the Minneapolis office, about their current dairy development program in Rwanda.
Best regards,
Gregory Sullivan

Dear all,
I am writing a book chapter about a school yogurt program in Tanzania and its collaboration with smallholder farmers. I am wondering if any of you have publications, or information relating to school milk programs in Africa, or the developing world in general? I am interested to read about experiences in other countries on how they coordinate, fund, include small dairy farmers etc. in school milk programs.
Best wishes,
Helene
