The FAO Family Farming & Agroecology Community of Practice in Africa is implementing a discussion on “The co-creation, sharing and dissemination of local innovations for healthy soils in Africa”, co-organized by key actors working for the promotion of family farming and agroecology in different regions and on different scales in Africa.
Through a moderated, structured, purpose-driven, and open access online discussion, this initiative aims at creating an inclusive space for sharing knowledge, experiences and lessons learnt, establishing synergies, connecting existing organizations and networks and encouraging proactive multi-stakeholder exchanges to enhance the community of practitioners on family farming and agroecology in Africa.
The discussion, that will be open from 20 April to 20 of May, is based on the background paper, which provides general framework on the theme and highlights key questions to be considered to build a shared understanding on the goals of the discussion.

La Communauté de pratique de la FAO sur l'agriculture familiale et l'agroécologie en Afrique met en place une discussion sur ''La co-création, le partage et la diffusion d'innovations locales pour des sols sains en Afrique'', co-organisée par des acteurs clés travaillant pour la promotion de l'agriculture familiale et l'agroécologie dans différentes régions et à différentes échelles en Afrique.
Par le biais d’une discussion en ligne modérée, d’accès ouvert et structurée sur des objectifs concrets, cette initiative vise à créer un espace inclusif pour le partage des connaissances, des expériences et des leçons apprises ; à établir des synergies, à connecter les organisations et les réseaux existants, et à encourager les échanges proactifs multipartites pour renforcer la communauté des praticiens de l'agriculture familiale et de l'agroécologie en Afrique.
La discussion sera ouverte du 20 avril au 20 mai. Le document de travail qui suit explique le thème de la discussion et souligne les questions clés à prendre en compte.

A Comunidade de Práticas da Agricultura Familiar e Agroecologia na África da FAO está a implementar uma discussão sobre "A co-criação, partilha e disseminação de inovações locais para solos saudáveis na África", co-organizada por actores-chave que trabalham para a promoção da agricultura familiar e agroecologia em diferentes regiões e em diferentes escalas no continente.
Através de um debate virtual, moderado, estruturado, orientado por objectivos e de acesso aberto, esta iniciativa visa criar um espaço inclusivo para a partilha de conhecimentos, experiências e lições aprendidas; estabelecendo sinergias, ligando organizações e redes existentes, e encorajando intercâmbios pró-activos de múltiplos participantes para fortalecer a comunidade de profissionais da agricultura familiar e da agroecologia na África.
A discussão estará aberta de 20 de Abril a 20 de Maio. O documento- base explica o tema da discussão e destaca as questões-chave a considerar.
