Dear all,

We are coming close to our "finish line" for our 2nd e-conference, a process which took many months to prepare and execute. Our next Monday's webinar will be the cherry-on-the-cake, wrapping up all of our work, in beauty, we hope :-) !

So, we look forward to see MANY of you participated, in our wrap-up webinar on Monday May 7th at 15:00 Rome time (GMT+2)
--> use this tool to convert this time to your local time: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html
.. it will be great to see many of you online, people who we met and connected to, via the e-conference.

So, Monday, how do you connect to our interactive webinar?
In our webinar, you will, in real time, connect to our panel of speakers, including all key people in this project, using this link.
https://bluejeans.com/457735685
If asked for an ID, use this: 457735685
While we start at 15:00 Rome time, you can already come in and set up your connection as of 14:30 Rome time on Monday. We will be there and ready to welcome you!

As a fallback, if your Internet would fail, you can listen to the webinar, via telephone (though some of the material will be visual).
Dial: +1.408.740.7256 or +1.888.240.2560 (US Toll Free)
(see all dial-in numbers - http://bluejeans.com/numbers )
Use Conference ID: 457735685

Please test your internet connection on forehand and ensure your browser has all needed plugins, by using this self-test link:
http://bluejeans.com/111 (you can try this at any time).

For our webinar, as a participant, you will not need to use your microphone or webcam, as we will be taking all questions via the chatbox. Only the speakers will have video and audio enabled. So, as a participant, please keep your own audio and video off, to save on bandwidth and reduce the background noise.

The goal of the webinar is to officially and interactively close our 2nd e-conference:
- Looking "back": How this e-conference fitted within the overall SALSA project
- Looking at "now": Introduce the overall summary and findings of this e-conference, discuss the relevance of the outcome for the SALSA project
- Looking at "the future": Look at ways to refine the logistics/moderation/content for a 3rd webinar, how you can continue to be involved with the SALSA project.

Even if you can not participate in the webinar interactively, you can still submit your questions to the team on forehand by sending your feedback via email to: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

Just a quick reminder of the official wrap-up documents:

Appendix A with all input email messages (PDF on its final home):

We are really looking forward to see many of you online, and get your feedback and questions...

Best,
For the SALSA/FAO e-conference team,
Peter.
