These guidelines are result of a collaborative work within the INFOODS network. It took about a year to be completed. The objective of these guidelines is to outline comprehensively the internal checks to be carried out on the food composition data and
documentation prior their publication in the user table/DB. I will soon also be available in Spanish and French.
