Hello colleagues

let me draw your attention to a post-doc position available at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) on the subject of " Inter-continental comparisons for crop production monitoring methods and assessment on food security constraint factors".

http://english.igsnrr.cas.cn/jr/201302/t20130207_98939.html

There is also a more detailed job description, which is given at the end of tis email.

I suggest this is a most interesting and unique opportunity for a young scientist from a Western or a developing country with an interest in crop modelling/remote sensing. Kindly circulate this announcement to your contacts!

Please refrain from asking me additional information; instead, write to Xue Shuyi whose address is given below.

Many thanks & regards to everyone.
