Bolivia proposes development of Regional Codex Standard Quinoa
On 29 April 2013, National Codex Alimentarius Committee of Bolivia, Standardization Technical Committee N 3.12 Grains and derivates of IBNORCA, Codex Alimentarius Commission based in Rome, National Codex Alimentarius Committee of Costa Rica and FAO Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean met with the aim of developing a Regional Codex Standard for quinoa.
