I just found that the WorldFood Dietary Assessment System 2.0 is still available (by mistake?) at the FAO website but the documentation is not!
It is a DOS-based software from 1996/1997 and therefore a bit outdated, but it still runs on my computer, though.
I suggest that you still contact Dr. Suzanne Murphy for information on the software and if a newer version is available.
