15:00-18:00 Sunday to honour thirty-eight countries that have pulled millions of people out of hunger on their way to attaining their World Food Summit or Millennium Development Goal targets. EC President José Manuel Barroso will accept an FAO award for actions by the EU that reduced hunger worldwide. Other award winners will also be honoured.
