Dear Yasmine,
I have a copy of the documentation for Worldfood
v 2 and will email it to you if you would find it useful. (I haven’t used
the program—one of those things one downloads with the intention of
looking at it “sometime” J.
Returning to your original question, if
you have electronic copies of the databases you mention there may be existing software
programs into which they be loaded—although I suspect you would have to
do considerable work upfront to format the data appropriately, not to mention
QA once uploaded.
Best regards,
Barbara

addendum
Dear Yasmine,
I just found that the WorldFood Dietary
Assessment System 2.0 is still available (by mistake?) at the FAO website but
the documentation is not!
It is a DOS-based software from
1996/1997 and therefore a bit outdated, but it still runs on my computer,
though.
I suggest that you still contact Dr.
Suzanne Murphy for information on the software and if a newer version is
available.
Best regards,
Anders
