I have a copy of the documentation for Worldfood v 2 and will email it to
you if you would find it useful. (I haven’t used the program—one of those
things one downloads with the intention of looking at it “sometime” :-).

Returning to your original question, if you have electronic copies of the
databases you mention there may be existing software programs into which
they be loaded—although I suspect you would have to do considerable work
upfront to format the data appropriately, not to mention QA once uploaded.

I just found that the WorldFood Dietary Assessment System 2.0 is still
available (by mistake?) at the FAO website but the documentation is not!

It is a DOS-based software from 1996/1997 and therefore a bit outdated, but
it still runs on my computer, though.

I suggest that you still contact Dr. Suzanne Murphy for information on the
software and if a newer version is available.
