Dear All,


I am currently working with the University of Edinburgh and we are looking
at how Advanced Glycation End-Products (AGEs) and Trans Fatty Acids (TFAs)
consumption in the South Asian and Chinese populations. We have searched
the literature available and have found little to no information on this. I
was wondering if anyone in this group would know of any information about
AGE and TFA consumption in South Asian and Chinese populations.

unpublished or ongoing studies .
