| | | | Dear Members, Sub-Saharan Africa has the world’s fastest growing population and also the youngest. Young people bring energy, vivacity, and innovation into the work force and are major actors for the development of West Africa. The dynamism of the agricultural sector plays a key role in ensuring food security in the region and the FSN Forum in West Africa and Ypard, the Young Professionals in Agricultural Research for Development would like to explore further the possible options to make jobs in agriculture more appealing for the new generations. We invite you to join the consultation through a online survey available in English and French. For the first time, it is also possible to take part through SMS directly from your mobile phone. Answer the question "How could agriculture become more attractive for young people?" by sending an SMS to 00 233 26 81 81 81 2. Do not hesitate to invite your friends and colleagues to take part in the survey by SMS or online. We are looking forward to your answers to the survey! Your FSN Forum Team | |
