In the context of the post-2015 development agenda process and the definition of the upcoming Sustainable Development Goals, we invite you to share your views on how to rally the support for rural women and on what are the most important aspects of their contribution to food security and improved nutrition. In another example he mentions the trade of tamarind fruit, which also takes place along the roads. However in this case, picking and processing it is taken over by government contractors and middlemen. If the fruit was given to women, the labour needed for processing could yield a big income for them.
