Dear Ruth I am a Registered Nutritionist with the Allied Health Practitioners Council (AHPC) of Zimbabwe and with the Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA). I am also a member of the Nutrition Society of South Africa (NSSA) and South African Association of Food Science and Technology (SAAFoST), and a former member of East Central Southern Africa Food Science and Technology (ESCAFoST. I am a retired University lecturer in Food Science and Nutrition, in Australia and Zimbabwe. I am currently based in Zimbabwe where I am one of the Directors of Breakthrough Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd., a Company registered in Zimbabwe that aims at providing Food and Nutrition communication and training services to Individuals and Organizations. I am interested in participating in AFROFOODS. I already completed the food composition training course in Sydney in 2009, under the guidance of Professor Heather Greenfield.
