Dear Colleagues, I am compiling and also I am looking for information about protein and amino acid content in Quinoa and Amaranth. I am doing a study the variability of protein content and quality in Amaranth and Quinoa. There are a few data available through different composition tables.I appreciate any collaboration.Thanks very much
