1) ONLY TWO!!!! Morocco and Jordan out of total country coverage of 40.
2) Seed, Fertilizer, Machinery, Finance, Markets, Transport (scores are from 0-100)
3) Yes, ICT, land , water and livestock. Gender and environmental sustainability are being investigated to ensure inclusive indicators.
4) Benchmarking countries; allows policymakers to identify, analyse and compare legal barriers for the business of agriculture and to quantify transaction costs of dealing with government regulations.
5) See table below; Morocco is one of the highest scoring in Seeds (congratulations) but Morocco and Jordan are very low in access to finance. In fact, in a regional context (using Morocco/Jordan), the Middle East and North Africa don’t look good in this area.
6) Better in Fertilizer and worse in Machinery.
