I'm doing a research project looking at beekeeping as a potential tool for sustainable health and development. Our company researches the medicinal qualities of bee products, especially propolis.

The first leg of my trip will be to Cameroon and Nigeria next week but I also plan to visit Tanzania and Zambia in the autumn. Any ideas/contacts would be greatly appreciated!

My company is called Beevitalpropolis.com and I've been contacting beekeepers, development organisations, academic institutions, bee product producers, local government departments.

A bit more info regarding the project.
