Dear Josie, It is not completely clear to me whether your colleague with “whole milk” means whole/raw milk as delivered from farm to dairy or whole/treated milk as delivered from dairy to retail/consumer. For whole/raw milk, the Swedish Dairy Association has published several reports on the nutrient content. The latest I am aware of is by Helena Lindmark Månsson. The report is from 2009 and in Swedish.
