Dear Josephine and Deborah, Please see the attached file of the requested FCDB of whole cow's milk (pasteurised and UHT) from Thailand. We included also other available nutrients especially sugars. Please note that the nutrients are expressed per 100 mL (USDA expressed per 100 g). We found that the values of sugars (by HPLC) are slightly less than the values of available carbohydrate (CHOAVLDF). I was suggested to replace the value of available carbohydrate (by difference) with the sugars value by HPLC; I have not yet done it for these cases. .
