Dear Josephine and Deborah,

Please see the attached file of the requested FCDB of whole cow's milk (pasteurised and UHT)  from Thailand.  We included also other available nutrients especially sugars.  Please note that the nutrients are expressed per 100 mL (USDA expressed per 100 g).  

We found that the values of sugars (by HPLC)  are slightly less than the values of available carbohydrate (CHOAVLDF).    I was suggested to replace the value of available carbohydrate (by difference) with the sugars value by HPLC;  I have not yet done it for these cases. .

Thank you for your help today.

The information we are looking for is for international values for energy, protein, fat and carbohydrate content of whole cows' milk.
We would request lower and upper bound, and the mean value.
If only protein and fat are available, this information would still be most useful to us.
(We are already aware of USDA values).

We are involved with a Codex Alimentarius' project to revise Standard 156 on follow up formulas for young children, and need these values to comment on the most desirable nutritional composition.
