Dear all, I have the great pleasure to announce that the FAO/INFOODS Global Food Composition Database for Pulses has been published today. It is a first version of many more, hopefully. It contains data for 16 species in raw and cooked forms on proximates, minerals, vitamins, phytate, amino acids and fatty acids fractions. I would like to express my sincere thanks for all those who have worked on the database. My special thanks go to Fernanda who has coordinated the development of the database and has really done great.
