I have the great pleasure to announce that the FAO/INFOODS Global Database for Pulses on Dry Mater Basis (PulsesDM1.0) has been published on the INFOODS website http://www.fao.org/infoods/infoods/tables-and-databases/faoinfoods-databases/en/

 

My special thanks goes to Fernanda Grande who has done a tremendous work, but also to all the co-authors for their contribution.

 

This is a special database as all values are presented on a DRY MATTER BASIS because this database is intended mainly for standard setting purposes.

 

For those wishing to have pulses composition on fresh weight basis, please use the FAO/INFOODS Global food composition database for pulses – version 1.0 (uPulses1.0)
