Dear all, It is my honour to announce that we have published updated version of the FAO/INFOODS Food Composition Database for Biodiversity Version 4.0 (BioFoodComp4.0) and FAO/INFOODS Analytical Food Composition Database Version 2.0 (AnFooD2.0), both available free-of-charge from http://www.fao.org/infoods/infoods/tables-and-databases/faoinfoods-databases/en/. The databases are global repository of analytical data on food biodiversity (BioFoodComp4.0) or of any other food (AnFooD2.0) of acceptable data quality. This time, we essentially added the analytical pulses data which for the basis of the FAO/INFOODS Global food composition database for pulses and the FAO/INFOODS Global Database for Pulses on Dry Mater Basis I would like to thank Fernanda Grande for putting these data into the new versions of AnFooD2.0 and BioFoodComp4.0.
